00:25while reducing operating costs in the area.
00:28DA Secretary Francisco Chularell Jr. emphasized the importance of proper icing, stating that
00:35fish can remain fresh for up to seven days and allows fishers to access better market
00:42prices.
00:43The project includes a complete ice production system powered by solar system, featuring
00:49a hybrid inverter, water filtration, a container-type ice block system, and a stainless steel crusher.
00:57The machine can produce 150 kg of ice per cycle, with each block weighing 5 kg.
01:05With the capacity to operate up to four times a day, producing around 30 ice blocks per
01:10cycle, the facility is expected to enhance fish preservation in the region.
