00:25harsher penalties and stiffer fines. The deal also assures ample funding to train DOJ prosecutors
00:33in litigating environmental crimes and emerge DENR law enforcers as well. A pending joint
00:40circular lays down the guidelines for the designation of DENR trial attorneys to prosecute
00:47wildlife and forestry transgressions if need be.
