00:05Gazette. Here is the Daily Bulletin. I followed hospital advice to abort my baby,
00:11but they were wrong and she should still be alive today. A grieving mum has spoken out
00:17after aborting her daughter on hospital advice, only to be told later that they were wrong.
00:24Kaye Young, 29, from Blackpool desperately wants her daughter to be remembered on the
00:295th anniversary of her death at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester.
00:36Treated as a high-risk pregnancy, Kaye's older children are small for their age, but
00:41otherwise healthy. A 20-week scan at Blackpool Victoria Hospital during this pregnancy identified
00:47serious issues with Kaye's daughter, including shortened thigh bones. A follow-up test in
00:53Blackpool also revealed shortened upper arms, with a referral made for further investigations
00:58at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester. New drive-thru Burger King restaurant set to
01:06open at Tesco in Leyland. Plans have been launched to open a drive-thru
01:12fast food restaurant in the car park of one of Lancashire's busiest supermarkets.
01:19Urban Edge Architecture Ltd, on behalf of Burger King UK Group Ltd, has submitted an
01:25application to build a pod at Tesco Extra in Leyland.
01:30Plans submitted to South Ribble Borough Council show the proposal is for a stand-alone drive-thru
01:36pod unit with a gross internal floor area of 232 square metres in an area closer to
01:42the boundary with the Leyland Leisure Centre. US burger chain Wendy's to open new restaurant
01:49on Promenade near Blackpool Tower. Wendy's, the famous US burger chain, is coming
01:57to Blackpool with a new restaurant on the Promenade.
02:03The fast food franchise, known for its square beef patties, has reportedly set its sights
02:08on the former Viva Vegas diner close to the tower.
02:14Wendy's will be operated by the Papa's Group, who already run the Papa's Fish and Chips
02:19next door across Church Street. It will be Wendy's second branch in Lancashire, following
02:26the imminent opening of its first restaurant next door to McDonald's in Friargate in Preston.
02:34Wendy's have yet to confirm a date for the Preston opening but the website teases that
02:38it's opening soon.
