00:33because they used a shortcut here at the EDSA busway.
00:35But they were not allowed here.
00:37They were not authorized to pass through here.
00:38Only public transport buses are allowed here.
00:41That's why they were asked for documentation,
00:44as well as a fine of P5,000 for this.
