00:00Good morning, Kapuso Update. We are here again at the ETSA Ordigas Bus Carousel.
00:06On the other lanes, southbound and northbound, the volume of vehicles is already thick.
00:12But the traffic is still slow.
00:16Here at the ETSA Bus Carousel, the buses are continuously arriving at both southbound and northbound.
00:24And we can see that there are only a few people in a queue because the buses are continuously arriving.
00:32And the passengers who are getting off are also in a hurry.
00:38Because of the continuous number of vehicles or motorists passing through the ETSA Bus Carousel,
00:46there are only a few SUVs with a 7-seater that pass through the ETSA Bus Carousel.
00:52Even though it's not allowed, just this week, the Department of Transportation is studying
00:58to have changes in their protocols to avoid traffic jams.
01:03This includes changing the direction of vehicles passing through the ETSA Bus Carousel
01:11depending on the lane of the road.
01:14For example, the direction of vehicles passing through the ETSA Bus Carousel will be northbound.
01:21Meanwhile, the direction of vehicles passing through the ETSA Bus Carousel will be southbound.
01:27But all of this is still being studied.
01:29This also includes reducing the number of protocol plates that will be given to designated people.
01:39Just a reminder, the only vehicles that can pass through the ETSA Bus Carousel are the ETSA Bus Carousel Bus,
01:45the top five officials of our government, President, Vice President, Senate President,
01:51House Speaker, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and on-duty emergency vehicles,
01:55including ambulances, police mobiles, and fire trucks.
