00:21But we're going to give them a try.
00:23See if they're worthy of the tank.
00:25See if they're in my Hall of Fame besides the Vienna Bee Hall of Fame.

00:30It's time to go road walking in Chicago South.

01:17This is quintessential Chicago hot dog, you know.
01:21Warm bun, grilled, steam grilled.
01:26Vienna beef, got the poppy seed bun.
01:31Bun-to-dog ratio is right where it should be.
01:37It doesn't stick out, but it doesn't have the bun.
01:40It's not hiding.
01:42So it's a solid bun-to-dog ratio.
01:45Let's see how it actually tastes.
01:56That is a decent snap.
01:59Traditional like, I mean this really is like the true Chicago hot dog.

02:18All right, now here's the chili dog.
02:20Now, surprising that they used the sliced cheese.
02:26You can see beans in the chili, but let's see how it actually tastes.

02:54I'm never one for the struggle slices, especially the American cheese, the fat single.

03:12And here are the fries. Fries look good.

03:35All right, you know, there's a reason why classic places like this are around for over 75 years.
