00:00Take me out for some hot dogs.
00:04Don't follow the comeback, but Arts is back.
00:09And they've been in Chicago since 1967.
00:13And, well, they're back.
00:16They're in action, and I'm here to review them
00:19and see if they have hot dogs that are worth the time.
00:22So, let's check this out as I go raw dog in Chicago
00:26and Arts, driving.
01:00Arts, driving reopened in February.
01:06They had been shut down for three years by a big fire.
01:10It was quite a recovery effort, but they're back.
01:14And, well, look at this hot dog.
01:15Look at the coloring on this hot dog.
01:17Beautiful charred dog, you know.
01:20Got a little bit of blackening on here.
01:22The bun to go ratio is close to being very good.
01:25Well, let's see how it tastes.
01:27This is the traditional poppy seed bun.
01:29Decent snap, of course.
01:41I'm going to give this hot dog a triple.
01:54All right, this is the chili cheese.
02:00Now, they use a couple of different cheeses in here.
02:03They use a nice blend.
02:06So, let's see how the chili go out of taste.
02:23Got a nice little smooth chili.
02:25I like the blended cheese.
02:38I think that's a good idea.
02:40Slipping off here a little bit.
02:42They just try to put whatever cheese they can throw on here.
02:45For a lot of effort waiting for this, I'm going to give the chili dog a double.
02:52And the fries.
02:54I like these coloring in the fries.
02:56You know, I'm trying to cut back on the fries.
02:59Of course, Chicago.
03:01You get fried ones heavier than that.
03:02I like these.
03:03Dissile fried, fresh cut fried.
03:12Excellent fries.
03:13I'm going to give the fries an 8.7.
03:22You know, parts.
03:25I'm so glad they're back.
03:27And they're back in whatever ways they're done.
03:30They use beef tallow for the fries.
03:32And the fries are terrific.
03:34Great people running this place.
03:37You know.
03:37A certain owner of a certain Chicago team who is here.
03:45You know, Mikey's best BFF.
03:48You know, we're talking about Jerry Rinesworth.
03:50Loves this place.
03:52Don't hold that against them.
03:54But, they're a great place.
03:57Great hot dogs.
03:59Nice, wide menu.
04:01And I highly recommend them.
