00:00Thank you, fans. Welcome to ExpressingStyle.com. My name is Jonny Drury. I've just been to
00:07the West Brom pre-Oxford press conference to speak to Tony Mowbray in the absence of
00:13Coxey. And yeah, as always, Tony Mowbray had an awful lot to say. I had a good half an
00:19hour chat with him ahead of Saturday's game and some really interesting lines, interesting
00:24stories to come to you on ExpressingStyle.com over the next few days. But some big standout
00:29talking points. Talked a little bit about Jed Wallace and his injury and we'll bring
00:33you that online very, very soon. He also took, the main headline really is, is a new signing
00:40Tammy Banning. He's been working up to fitness, having basically been in the off-season at
00:45his old club, Randers, before he signed for Albion. He is in contention to be in the squad
00:51on Saturday. That's the main talking point from the press conference. He certainly won't
00:57be in a position to start, but we may see him make his debut off the bench on Saturday.
01:03We've got a lot more to bring you on that. Tony Mowbray, very complimentary about what
01:06he's seen in training, believes he will bring some fresh quality to the Albion side. So
01:13all good on that front, exciting really. I'm sure fans will be sort of chomping at the
01:16bit to see what he can bring to this baggy side. And he was asked a range of things,
01:22you know, basically about the process of turning Albion from a kind of defensive unit
01:28under Carlos Corbijn to a more attacking side, saying it's a tough process and they're continuing
01:34to work at it and hopefully being able to build some momentum, starting with Saturday
01:38at home to Oxford, because it's a very tricky run of fixtures after that, starting with
01:42Leeds away and there's Burnley away, lots of QPR and Sunderland still at home as well.
01:47So a lot to divulge from that one. He talked about Albion's under-21s. He went down to
01:54watch Albion's under-21s against Wolves at Agbrook, Kidderminster on Monday. Gianluca
01:59Fibrotta, the left-back coming from Juventus last summer, hasn't really featured at all
02:05in the first-team sort of side, been in squads but rarely got off the bench. Talked about
02:09him, talked about his qualities really. I know he had a tough evening against the Wolves
02:14but he talked about what he could potentially bring to Albion in the last 13 games. A little
02:18hint that we may see a little bit more of him moving forward. So that was an interesting
02:24line. Also talked about Dal Dike and Shemmy Ojai, who came back last week, came through
02:28unscathed, all good. He talked a little bit about Dike's training schedule being a little
02:33bit different to the other sort of Albion players. He's reiterated this, well reiterated
02:40what he said in the past that he's not ready to start yet but he again obviously will be
02:45in the squad. I'm pretty sure we'll see him off the bench at some point. Talked with
02:49Lancashire, happy with what he's sort of seen from him and said we will be seeing a lot
02:55more of him between now and the end of the season. The loanee from Spurs. And talked
02:58about the challenges that Albion will face on Saturday. Sees it as a very similar one
03:03to Blackburn in terms of facing a side that will come in and defend and sit and it'll
03:07be your responsibility to break them down. That's what Albion are going to be trying
03:14to do. But an awful lot that he spoke about in his press conference today and you can
03:18see all of it today or in the next few days on expressandstart.com.
