Tiny Senior Dog Is Everyone's Favorite Co-Worker

She even has her own calendar. We talked to Lola's mom about how Lola runs the office, and what they do every Friday after work!

00:00She's got a lot of people there wrapped around her little paw.

00:03I'm Melissa and the Dodo asked me to share my ultimate pet routine, bringing my dog Lola to work with me every day.

00:10In the morning, she will stay in bed until I am done getting ready for work.

00:15She knows when I put her harness on that it's time to go.

00:22She is excited to be there.

00:25She runs from office to office and collects her treats.

00:30Come on, you can do it.

00:32We do a little bit of work. She has a bed up on my desk.

00:35It's almost Friday. You've got to sleep.

00:38She attends board meetings.

00:40Look at it. She's like a politician.

00:43We'll take what I call mental health breaks.

00:47She goes in and interrupts people's stressful jobs with her little cuteness.

00:52They all have a Lola calendar.

00:54We call her the chief happiness officer.

00:59She'll sometimes take herself upstairs and just go hang out.

01:04She's just become one of the crew.

01:08On Fridays after work, we'll go to In-N-Out.

01:11She learned so quickly where we were.

01:16She's been with me at work since the day I got her and she was six weeks old.

01:20I definitely wouldn't be lost without this dog.

01:22I believe that she was given to me for a reason.

01:25She's been consistent there every day with me

01:28through some of the hardest things and some of the best things.

01:32Every day, you kind of see the simple things,

01:35the little things that bring joy.

01:37She helps my day-to-day for sure.
