00:37They are taking their appointments and whenever they come here, they just need to show the
00:42SMS with their Emirates ID.
00:45We are doing the check-in for them and then they are getting the queue number, finishing
00:51their vaccination and going to the observation and their way out.
00:54This is the first step that the clients arrive here until they finish the waiting area, the
01:01registration, the vaccination rooms and the observation area and their way to exit.
01:07Thanks God we are receiving good comments from the clients through the social media
01:11and their comments even through the call center.
