00:39It was a fire alarm and again this is something that would normally be done when there is
00:45something a disturbance or something is detected and therefore we follow the normal protocols

00:58Yes, unfortunately no I cannot say exactly what floor it was on, nevertheless we would normally
01:04follow the normal protocols and those are the protocols that we follow now and we will continue
01:08to follow them until we get the all clear from the fire service. And I see that you have staff
01:13now the building has been emptied at this time? Yes, we have certain protocols where we have
01:18here the officers, the guard officers ensuring that all the floors are clear and that all
01:24persons are outside. All right so that is what is happening now and we will continue to request
01:29and await the results from the fire service. Normally how many staff do you have on the floor?
01:35Well I cannot say exactly, seeing that I'm now taking up this position but that's a real good
01:40question. But what will normally happen on every floor we have persons who are assigned to at least
01:46check for those persons that are on the floor. Okay so this time you're not sure how many
01:51civilians or staff you would have in the building? At this time I cannot really speak to that but
01:56given the assignment that these persons would have they would be able to tally and see that
02:02those persons are on the floor even before we go back. Where is the master point?
02:08Normally the master point is normally across by Nelson Street and also we also have one a little
