00:11According to the Toll Regulatory Board, toll expressway users need to have a valid electronic toll collection or ETC device
00:20or RFID sticker installed on their vehicles.
00:25All toll plazas will now use the ETC system.
00:29Vehicles that do not have RFID will be allowed to pass through the toll plaza,
00:33but the ETC device or RFID sticker will be installed.
00:38According to the TRB, those who do not comply will be issued a Temporary Operator's Permit or Show Cost Order
00:46due to violation of the No Valid ETC Device by the Entry No Entry Policy.
