"YOU CANNOT DARE QUESTION THE VICE PRESIDENT'S INSTRUCTION"  Private prosecutor Amando Ligutan had this to say to witness, former Office of the Vice President (OVP) Special Disbursing Officer Gina Acosta, during the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte on Monday, Aug. 17.  This, after Acosta cited two reasons for turning over the P125 million worth of confidential funds to former Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group head Raymund Lachica: because the latter knew how to implement the confidential funds, and that it was an order from the Vice President herself.
