00:22in the Major Expressways starting March 15.
00:26Vehicles without a Valid ETC Device or RFID Sticker will be allowed to enter the Toll Lane or Plaza
00:32and will be given an ETC Device or RFID Sticker.
00:36Now, they will be given by the Land Transportation Office
00:39a Temporary Operator's Permit or SHOCOS Order
00:42for violating the No Valid ETC Device, No Entry Policy.
00:46The entire support of the Expressways in the country
