00:00Petronas has completed its task of guaranteeing distribution to all countries in Malaysia.

00:08For the purpose of today's explanation, I will give a nod to Sarawak.

00:14The benefit of the development of the oil and gas industry in Sarawak

00:18includes early investment, upstream investment and infrastructure

00:24which has broken more than RM250 billion since 1976.

00:33From the amount of early investment, it is estimated that more than RM90 billion in contract value

00:41has been spent in the past 10 years, 2014 to 2024.

00:47Vendor companies registered in Sarawak have received contracts worth more than RM40 billion in the same period.

00:56In terms of return on investment,

01:00Sarawak has received RM49 billion in cash payments until December 2024,

01:09RM18.66 billion in interest payments

01:14until the third quarter of 2024,

01:17RM28.6 billion in dividends until December 2024,

01:23has been obtained through the holding of shares of the State Financial Secretary of Sarawak

01:28in the MLNG Group.
