00:00I am proud to say that I have been selected as the first chief of the Marine Rescue Department.

00:07The role of the Marine Rescue Department is to rescue the drowned and injured in sea accidents,

00:14and to evacuate the bodies from the surface of the sea.

00:21The mission of the Marine Rescue Department is a difficult mission.

00:26At the same time, we face many challenges, such as sea currents and weather fluctuations.

00:34But the first mission is to rescue the people who are in need.

00:42We are able to overcome the difficulties, and the difficult journey always starts with a step.

01:12I am proud to say that I have been selected as the first chief of the Marine Rescue Department.
