00:00I'm Lucilio Moreira, I'm from Portugal.

00:11I had a tough time, a little bit complicated childhood because I was raised only with my

00:18mom and this one, it makes me grow faster.

00:22I find myself at 12 years old instead to play with the kids football or this stuff.

00:28I love football but I was playing chess on the coffee with the healthiest people with

00:3446 years old.

00:37This made me feel a little bit different from the rest but always give me the strength to

00:46continue and fight for my life.

00:50When I receive certain toys, special ones was with the batteries and with the motors,

00:56I want to see how this one works from the inside.

00:59Yeah, this was always my passion to see how the things work electrically and mechanically

01:07all together, what they can make.

01:14When I moved to Dubai before, we are talking about 16 years ago, the things I heard about

01:19was Figo, Luis Figo.

01:22He came here for Burj Al Arab and I came here only for three months.

01:27The salary was better here than there.

01:30I decided to come here and I start in airport and the people, they were struggling to put

01:38the motors on the top.

01:40I said, I have a small technique with the shin blocks and we can put this one up.

01:45They said, okay, can you do it?

01:48Yes, I can.

01:49Their next project, they made me as the supervisor.

01:53Later on, we moved for the Concours 3 and we installed the escalators, walkways, sky

02:00trains and all these heavy equipments.

02:05Later on, we were working in a beach mall project.

02:08That's where they send me to manager and later on in opera house.

02:15In between, I was working in EKFC and in Blue Waters also installing escalators and

02:22lifts.

02:23Till now today, I'm working in opera house as the service field manager.

02:31I think that Lucilio is having some sort of skills like his electrical capabilities and

02:38mechanical capabilities have made him very knowledgeable about what he has to do and

02:46has allowed him to reach the level that he's done in the company.

02:49To me, in a very humble way, he's one of our most skilled employees.

02:56By my first divorce, I was working here.

03:02I was thinking to bring them here.

03:04My ex-wife or my wife at that moment, she doesn't want to come here.

03:13She just take care about Elena.

03:15We were about to divorce.

03:17She became pregnant until we had the cabrio.

03:21Later on, I met Julia.

03:24I met her here.

03:26We married first and after.

03:27We had Valentina.

03:28When she was born, she was diagnosed with 20% or less for Down syndrome.

03:37This one was a shock obviously, but I didn't turn my face.

03:45No matter how she is or what difficulties she has, but she's mine and I will help her

03:57to grow and to be better.

04:05I find in the Wonderland country where is different type of cultures.

04:12You can learn a lot of other people around you.

04:17It is the perfect country.

04:19Instead of traveling, you have here everything.
