00:00It was previously a coffee shop. We took it over so three years ago. We moved it forward slightly

00:05Never moved it forward to what we wanted to do fully

00:09So we just stuck up what we do best and we've got a really good client base a lot of older

00:15Sort of members coming in and we have a laugh and a joke with them. They enjoy it

00:21Sometimes strangers might walk in. I think my god, they're rude

00:24Because we like to insult them but in a nice way. So yeah, we've been here three years

00:29And sadly just because of my health now, it's

00:32Becoming a struggle to do it. So we decided it's time to sell up move on

00:37but this place as I said, it's had a really good client base and

00:41We've been really lucky with the people

00:43Supporting us. But again, we're finding because of new venues opening up and everything. They're obviously gonna go and try it

00:50Can't knock them for it. I would

00:52But they're still coming back to us, but they're all saying the same thing

00:55Wellington's becoming a place of charity shops and cafes and there's nothing else to bring them into Wellington anymore the market is

01:04Allegedly having a revamp. I don't know when that's gonna happen

01:08It needs something doing obviously they're doing the street at the top of the road

01:14So the roads gonna be closed again. No, that was a bugbearer for us

01:17last year and then before that they closed the car park there and then

01:23The knock-on effect again, we went four months trading down and everybody else did so we've got that now coming up again

01:31So that's another reason. It's like I'm not gonna go through a slump like that again
