00:08According to Agriculture Secretary Francisco T. Laurel Jr.,
00:12once the new labelling rules are issued and implemented in the market,
00:16MSRP will be implemented immediately for each type of imported rice.
00:20The Ministry of Agriculture continues to strive to lower the MSRP of 5% broken imported rice,
00:26which is currently P55 per kilo.
00:29On February 15, MSRP will be lowered to P52.
00:33By the end of March, MSRP is expected to be lowered to P49.
