00:04Effective today, March 31, the 45 pesos is the maximum suggested retail price for imported rice.

00:12According to Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiularel Jr.,

00:15it is already full of lowering the price of rice in the market.

00:19From January, the price of imported rice is already below Php 19 per kilo.

00:24The DA assured that it will consult with industry stakeholders

00:29on the implementation of MSRP so that the rice industry will not be affected in the country.

00:34First, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. assured that the price of rice

00:39is more affordable for the families so that our countrymen can help.

00:45Meanwhile, due to the departure of Edil Fetir today,

00:48students are not allowed in some places in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Maslim, Mindanao

00:53because the regular non-working holiday was declared.

00:56Sultan Kudarat and University of Santo Tomas in General Santos City suspended their classes.

01:02Edil Fetir is usually declared on the day of the month of Ramadan.
