00:17everyone brings value like it doesn't just because you're young doesn't mean you're not intelligent

00:21it doesn't mean you can't work hard. I personally didn't attend an apprenticeship but a brother of

00:28mine did in decorating and he went into his own business so but I'm a great believer in

00:35apprenticeships. If I had any advice to upcoming hairdressers or aspiring hairdressers my best

00:42advice would be go get an apprenticeship that's really where you're going to get thrown into real

00:45life scenarios go to the best salons go to companies because that's where you're going to

00:50learn discipline you're going to get the best education and you're just going to grow so much

00:55I think apprenticeships are really important because a college can only teach you so much.
