00:08Hi, I'm TV and tech writer Matt Morne-Hickson, and you might be wondering, A, have you just

00:18But B, can you watch the extravaganza of American sports on this side of the Atlantic?

00:24Well, let's take a look, shall we?

00:26So this year, February 2025, it's Super Bowl LIX, which is just Roman numerals for 59.

00:33So it's the 59th Super Bowl, and it will see the Kansas City Chiefs take on Philadelphia

00:38Eagles as they try to win an unprecedented three-peat, a.k.a. three titles in a row.

00:45Kansas City is obviously the team of Taylor Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelsey, and Patrick

00:51Mahomes.

00:52The Philadelphia Eagles have their star running back at the moment, Saquon Barkley, he's one

00:57to watch for.

00:59Kendrick Lamar is on halftime duty this year, so he's doing the performance between the

01:05two halves.

01:06So that will take place in the early hours of Monday, February the 10th.

01:12The event itself starts late on Sunday, February the 9th in the UK.

01:18Kendrick Lamar's capping off quite the incredible 12 months.

01:49So when it's in London, they have the games on TV, and also the Super Bowl, so they've

01:54had it for a couple of years now.
