00:00Well, let me tell you, there is a silent majority in Israel that accepts the two-state solution

00:05because they understand that they cannot but coexist with the Palestinians.

00:10Because they cannot continue with this mentality, a siege mentality, and with the psychological

00:16pressure that there is always a threat from the Arab world, the Islamic world, let alone

00:20the Palestinians, to their security and existence.

00:23There is, I mean, I could say on the side of the academics, let alone, I mean, some

00:31organizations, like also Peace Now, it's becoming more active, One Voice.

00:37They all believe that the only solution is a two-state solution.

00:41And really, the two-state solution for the Palestinians has been a historic compromise.

00:45They have accepted 22 percent of historic Palestine, while, you know, recognizing by

00:51the jury, Israel over 78 percent.

00:53So where is the loss for Israel?

00:55Israel will be in a win-win situation if the Palestinians exercise their self-determination

01:01and have their state and secure their boundaries with that, with the Arab world, with the Islamic

01:06world, let alone with their neighbors, the Palestinians.

01:10Economy will boom, open tariff system like NAFTA will take place, you know.

01:15So what do they lose if they go ahead and implement the two-state solution?

01:21But they lose a lot if they don't, and they know that the consequences will be very grave

01:27in the near future.
