00:13charge of your group specifically, okay? So this specific staff member, at first
00:20he had a message and he was like, hi, how are you? And then it led to, hi baby, and
00:25then it turned into, can't wait to see you.
00:27The former trainee said the staff member was friendly at first, but things later
00:32escalated with a phone call by the staff member via social media.
00:37Innocent me thought he was just being friendly and making sure I'm okay in the
00:41program until I realized when I started walking past him, he would be staring me
00:46down and so much more will happen. So then I came and I blocked him on WhatsApp.
00:52He got onto my Instagram. I don't know how, but he did. He messaged me on
00:58Instagram and then he called me.
01:00The trainee said she recorded the staff member's video call to her and provided a
01:06video as proof of this to TV6.
01:08So I started videotaping because I answered the phone on my tablet. So I was
01:13videotaping on my phone and his first words was, you want to see something?
01:20While he's lying down on his bed, topless. And before I could even see anything, he
01:27was showing his private parts on the video call. So I immediately hung up.
01:33The woman said the incident occurred while she was a minor at the institution
01:38and said she reported the matter, but nothing was done. TV6 News has since
01:43learned that the matter has been brought to the attention of the civilian
01:48Conservation Corps. TV6 News contacted Director of MILAT and CCC Major David R.
