00:00The crime rate in Metro Manila continues to fall, according to the Philippine National Police,

00:05where crimes against persons and property were reduced by 19.61% this month of January.

00:13There were 451 incidents in the first month of 2025,

00:18which is lower than 561 in the same month of 2024.

00:23Among the reduced incidents are rape, physical injuries, homicide, murder, and theft.

00:29Through the NCRPO, the decrease of the crime rate is a continuous indication

00:34that the PNP is trying to save the public.
