00:00Is there a complaint or a complaint about this long-distance transportation?
00:14Indeed, if we look at it, sometimes this complaint does exist.
00:19But we hope that in this state of emergency, we must be aware too.
00:25To be safe, we need logistics, we need a rescue team.
00:31But the situation sometimes gives challenges.
00:34Challenges to the rescue team or our team to send help and so on.
00:41Because the line is tight, the road is cut off and so on.
00:45So we sometimes see logistics.
00:48For example, when we were in Bintulu, there was a long-distance traffic jam.
00:53The connection was cut off immediately.
00:55So we had to send help by helicopter.
00:57Sometimes the helicopter has no place to land because the area is flooded.
01:01And how we want to unload and where we want to unload the supplies,
01:05that also has to be ensured.
01:07And this becomes a challenge.
01:09Indeed, from the point of view of the authorities and the rescue team,
01:16and all the teams actually want to try as much as possible to help.
01:21But sometimes the situation may cause delays in the delivery of help, food and so on.
01:28But we are sure that the commitment from everyone is to help as best as possible.
01:33That's all the commitment.
01:35So far, how much help has been provided to the fishermen?
01:41Currently, the Ministry of State has announced an additional 10 million Rupiah.
01:48It was announced by the Prime Minister.
01:50The Prime Minister has also announced the second level.
01:55But those who move to the centre will get 1,000 Rupiah for financial assistance.
02:06But for other forms of assistance, we will look at the requirements of the report.
02:12In terms of infrastructure, improving public facilities, buildings and so on.
02:18Usually after the flood is over, we will make an assessment.
02:23And this assessment will be presented to the Ministry of State.
02:27And how the Ministry of State can also help researchers and so on.
02:32I would like to advise them.
02:34In Sarawak, I have discussed with the Prime Minister.
02:38The situation in Sarawak may be a little different from Sendango.
02:41Basically, only those who register at the migration centre are eligible to receive 1,000 Rupiah.
02:48If they don't register and don't move, they won't get it.
02:51But in Sarawak, the situation is different.
02:54So I will discuss with the Prime Minister.
02:57But more importantly, those who are affected by the flood must first register with the Ministry of State.
03:05If they don't move to the migration centre, tell them why they don't move and so on.
03:10So that we can know why.
03:13Sometimes there are places that have been cut off and cannot be moved.
03:17So we understand the situation in Sarawak is different from the situation in Sendango.
03:21But that's what we will look at and assess.
