Putra Heights inferno: King presents aid to disaster victims

His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, on Saturday (April 5) presented personal contributions through Yayasan Sultan Ibrahim Johor to the gas pipeline blaze victims in Putra Heights.  A total of 308 heads of households affected by the disaster, sheltered at the temporary relief centre (PPS) at Dewan Serbaguna, Masjid Putra Heights, received cash assistance of RM1,000 each. 00:35On a Facebook post, His Majesty expressed appreciation to all personnel from government

00:40departments, agencies and non-governmental organisations who joined forces to assist

00:45the victims.

00:46As of 8.00am, a total of 382 victims from 98 families were still sheltering at the Temporary

00:53Relief Centre.
