Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are setting wheels in motion to try and have Justin Baldoni's defamation lawsuit thrown out.

00:00Well, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds say that Justin Baldoni has no case.

00:05In fact, they have informed the judge that they intend to walk into court on Monday and

00:11file a motion for his lawsuit against them to be dismissed, to be tossed out of court.

00:18It has some people thinking, well, wait, if his should be dismissed, why shouldn't Blake's

00:24be dismissed?

00:25The fact of the matter is, at some point, Justin Baldoni's attorneys will probably go

00:29into court and file a motion for hers to be dismissed as well.

00:33This is kind of part of the game.

00:35It's what you do.

00:36I'm sure their attorneys will present a case, try to make their case for why it's unfounded

00:41and it's a waste of the court's time and we should dismiss it.

00:44Whether it actually gets dismissed, I highly doubt it.

00:48You've got to present some really strong evidence that there's no grounds for him to file this

00:53lawsuit.

00:56It's a tough bar to meet, so I don't know that they're going to be successful in this,

01:00but their attorneys are going to give it a shot.

01:05Justin Baldoni's attorney, meanwhile, thinks that Blake Lively's got something to hide.

01:12The reason he's saying that is that he wants to depose her before these lawsuits happen.

01:17By the way, the trial for Justin's lawsuit against her has been set.

01:25There's a long time to go here, but Brian Friedman, Justin Baldoni's attorney, says,

01:30look, I would love to sit down and depose Blake Lively, but he thinks that she doesn't

01:36want that to happen because she's got something to hide.

01:38Yeah, and we also learned some new information too.

01:41Blake's really wanting to get her mind off of all this legal drama that she's been going

01:46We're hearing that she's on a family vacation.

01:49They packed up their bags and they went to an undisclosed location to get their mind
