00:00Albay First District Rep. Edsel Lagman, who died at the age of 82, was buried with his family, according to his family, in Carjack Ares.

00:43Carjack Ares was killed by his father, Tung Webes, at the age of 82.

00:49In the name of the chamber, House Speaker Martin Romualdez has reached a compromise

00:54with the family and friends of the congressman.

00:58He said that they were completely saddened by what happened.

01:01It's not just that they consider Lagman a friend,

01:04but a passionate and fearless legislator who completely respects everyone.

01:10As a friend to Albay, Albay Second District Rep. Joey Salceda also awarded the honorable congressman.

01:19The president of the Liberal Party, Lagman, was also killed,

01:22so their party was forced to open the chamber.

01:28They thanked Lagman for his request to remain as the head of the group.
