DRC Foreign Minister Appeals to UNSC Over Rwanda’s Alleged Support of M23 Rebels

Therese Kayikwamba Wagner, the Foreign Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo, is urging the United Nations Security Council to act against Rwanda, accusing them of backing the M23 rebels in Goma.
