00:00It is with dismay that we learned some participants withdrew from the dialogue.

00:18Yet it was the only way that allowed us to hope for peace.

00:23The opposing parties, namely the government and M23, needed to meet to discuss and resolve

00:29their misunderstandings.

00:34For us, it was really the only solution to end this war that has paralysed all activities

00:39across South Kivu province.

00:56We can no longer access our fields or our bank accounts.

00:59The economic circuit is blocked and paralysed, which plunges us into deep dismay and disappointment.

01:08We really hoped that through this dialogue the situation would be resolved, but alas.

01:15We really asked stakeholders to prioritise the interests of the population rather than
