00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again assured that the 2025 National Budget is complete and unbroken.
00:08According to the President, he reviewed it, where some items are his veto.
00:13He also insisted that this cannot happen in the national fund.

00:21Just last month, I had to read 4057 pages of the General Appropriations Act for 2025.
00:32Because I reviewed it, analyzed it, and yes, in parts, vetoed it.
00:39And so, for those of you, and up to now, I cannot find those damned blank items.
00:47We'll keep looking, we'll keep looking.
00:49But I really am convinced that they simply do not exist because it is not allowed to exist.
00:55So for those of you who think the Presidency is just handshakes, photo ops,
