00:08In his speech at the 20th National Convention of Lawyers in Cebu City,
00:13President Marcos insisted that more than 4,000 pages of the 2025 National Budget should be reviewed and analyzed.
00:23The President also believed that those who filed cases against the 2025 National Budget are part of the destabilization plot.
