00:22Carl Anthony Towns is a good fit for New York.

00:25And I said, no, I always say you can't judge a trade until like two years later.

00:30You can't judge a draft pick until a couple of years later.

00:33You can't judge a coaching hire until we actually see it, right?

00:56I brought up McDermott, Scott, and I was thinking about Sean McDermott and the Bills and then

01:02And I can't help but think that Sean McDermott's become Marty Schottenheimer, right?

01:07Remember, Marty Schottenheimer used to be a 16-game schedule, guys, but 13-3, you know,

01:1112-4 every year, it's like, you know, really, really good, really, really good, and losing

01:17the playoffs, losing the playoffs, losing the playoffs.

01:20People got frustrated.

01:21You look back, you're like, yeah, dude, the guy won 12 games every year.

01:24And, you know, he got thrown out of the bus.

01:26So that's why I don't like getting overreacting and firing coaches.

01:29But McDermott reminds me of Marty Schottenheimer a lot, to be honest with you.

01:33But as far as the Cowboys, you're right.

01:35Like, you know, think outside the box a little bit.

01:57He goes, not really about the Cowboys, it's about working with my kids.

02:03It's not about like winning the Super Bowl and stuff.

02:06It's just about, you know, owning the Cowboys and working with his kids.

02:10And yeah, he's having fun, but Cowboy fans aren't having much fun right now.

02:14I would have hired Deion, Scott, personally.

03:23I know people that played for Barry Switzer on Oklahoma.

03:39And Switzer's right along there for the ride.

03:43And along the way, I remember that Switzer got credit for that.

03:47They were like, yeah, it's Jimmy's team.

03:53He took over and they just kept going.

03:55But he was bat crap crazy.

03:58Like Barry Switzer's the coach.

04:18He's not going to rock the boat.

04:20Do you think he gets the Saints job or not, McCarthy?
