00:19that's like way better like taste and money and etc etc and i think like generally um my view to

00:28it is like i try and look at it like you are on a bit of a holiday um every day of your life

00:36because like you know some people are just like i'll go with the flow see what happens when i go

00:40on holiday but i'm a little bit of a plodder um or like and i am also a go with the flow kind of

00:47person but i think that that is i'm losing my track of brain brain trap whatever the word is

00:54basically if i'm going if i'm going on holiday i'll plan like a day and be like this is what

01:01i'm doing down to a t and i'll do some research into it and then i'll also have days when i'm

01:06like i'll just take people's recommendations and stuff but i wouldn't really get stuck into

01:09a routine when i'm on holiday and i think that that's like how i behave now when i'm in manchester

01:16where i'm like oh i'll do some research into finding somewhere new that i like

01:20and i'll see what other people are like and ask for recommendations and things like that and it

01:25all kind of feeds in and i think that you know like brain plasticity of like trying new things

01:31all the time like yeah good to do that kind of thing and not just get stuck into like

01:37a super structural routine of like you know work eat at the same place
