00:29track record as local chief executive that hailed Iloilo City as one of the most livable
00:35cities during his term and the PEDEA citation of his anti-narcotics campaign that flies
00:41in the face of the Duterte administration's contrived charges of him being a protector
00:46of pushers and distributors.
00:49Still Mabilog has to face the standing criminal charges filed against him.
