00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. gave the Executive Clemency to the former Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog

00:07He was confirmed as Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin and was given a good government

00:14and the privileges that Iloilo City received under his leadership

00:19Along with the Executive Clemency, the administrative penalties and disabilities of Mabilog were also reimbursed

00:27The former Mayor was removed from his post in 2017 after he was proven guilty of a serious dishonesty

00:37Despite this, Palacio acknowledged the actions of Mabilog

00:41as the recipient of Iloilo City as a livable city from the National Competitiveness Council of the Philippines
