00:27The Senate Public Services Committee conducted a hearing to discuss various road and transportation problems.

00:35Among them, the problems of some issues, particularly commuter buses that usually end up in road accidents due mostly to brake failure.

00:45Why? There are a lot of buses that lose brakes. Is it maintenance? Yes.
