00:12Serpang District Police Chief ACP Norhizam Bahaman said the complainant confirmed that

00:17the woman in the video is her 35-year-old elder sister, while the assailant is the victim's

00:23husband, a local man in his 50s.

00:26In a statement on Monday, ACP Norhizam said police are actively recording statements from

00:32witnesses and working to locate both the suspect and the victim.

00:36The case is being investigated under Section 323 of the Penal Code for Voluntarily Causing

00:42Hurt and Section 18 of the Domestic Violence Act, 1994.
