00:14that will need more people to do that work, people with skills.
00:18So we are going to double that apprenticeship budget,
00:21making sure businesses have the skills they need,
00:23rewarding young people who want to get on in life
00:25and giving thousands of people a path off welfare and into work.
00:30That will reverse Labour's tax doom loop.
00:41When you tax something, you get less of it.
00:45That's why we want lower taxes on jobs.
00:48We want more jobs.
00:49We want lower taxes on businesses.
00:51We want more businesses.
00:52We need lower taxes on taking a risk,
00:54lower taxes on buying a home,
00:56lower taxes on having a family.
00:59And we will get Britain working by rebuilding the contract between government and citizen.
