Property prices rose by 2.6% in 2024: Can Bristolians get on the property ladder?

According to Zoopla’s recent survey, Bristol ranks 12th in the south west with an average house price of £337,000 in the last 12 months.

00:54Yeah, renting, even like I've seen properties or like rental prices kind of just double

01:00nearly in the last couple of while. Like, I don't know, from my experience in Ireland,

01:05like you might be paying €700 a month for like a room, but that's kind of gone up now to like

01:12€1,500 a month.

01:16Property prices last year in Bristol went up by 2.6%. Is that something that worries you?

01:23There's no way I could buy anything at the moment. Maybe one day.
