00:12According to CSC Commissioner Aileen Lizada,
00:14the government's service will be affected by this order from the MMDA.
00:19Lizada gave an obligation to the government's employees
00:23to finish the transactions or process the documents under Republic Act No. 9485 or Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.
00:33Although there is nothing wrong with the MMDA's decision,
00:36it should be studied thoroughly.
00:38Lizada also clarified that the CSC has issued work options to the government's employees.
