00:00You know, he's that guy that can be very creative, switch gears, oh, they're blitzing now first

00:06Something they haven't done in the past.

00:07Oh, here's what we got to do, you know.

00:08He has an answer for it, and that's incredibly important, and not very many guys in the league

00:13do that.

00:14Yeah, I mean, it sounds to me like what I'm hearing from you, Mike March, is that he's

00:20one of those guys that he just has it.

00:23He's got it.

00:24Like when somebody like you, who has done what you have done in the league as a head

00:28coach and as an offensive coordinator in multiple stops, including here with the Bears,

00:33that you can recognize a guy that has got it.

00:36You also said that his intelligence can be part of leadership, and that it doesn't, and

00:43you didn't say this, but I'm saying, doesn't necessarily have to be an overbearing, crazy

00:47loud voice in there as well.

00:50Is that kind of what you were getting at, too?

00:52That his intelligence and his direction and the identity building can be leadership as

00:57well with somebody like Ben Johnson?

01:00Most definitely.

01:01The big thing is, players in the NFL, if they know that you know it, you can help them get

01:07better and help them win, they're all ears, then you've got them completely.

01:13The first few weeks or so, a guy gets with a coach, a player gets with a coach, they

01:17figure him out pretty quick, and then either listen to him, kind of, or they're all in

01:21or they're all out.

01:22It's just that easy.

01:24And he's going to capture them right away, because he knows who he's talking about, he's

01:27going to make them all better.

01:29They're all going to get better because of him.

01:31I think he's a once-in-a-generation kind of coach, they just don't come around very often

01:36like him.

01:37They got this one right.

01:38I'm just over the moon on this one.

01:40It's great to see Chicago have something exciting like this happen to them, and that and a quarterback.

01:46Of course, we haven't talked about him, but I think Caleb, when they drafted him, of all

01:50the quarterbacks they've had, they've had some pretty good ones, but I think he could

01:54be just an absolute great player if they got it right with him, too.
