00:00Good morning from the Pag-Asa Weather Forecasting Center.

00:04Here is the time.

00:06Today is Monday, January 20, 2025.

00:11In our latest satellite images,

00:13we can see the continuous movement of the Northeast Monsoon

00:17or this cold wind particularly in the Northern and Central Luzon.

00:21And this will bring cloudy skies with light rain

00:25particularly in the eastern section of the Northern and Central Luzon.

00:29This is the area of Cagayan Valley Region, as well as Aurora and Quezon.

00:34Meanwhile, we can see these clouds.

00:37This is the effect of the easterly or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.

00:43This brings clouds that will bring a big chance of rain and cloudy skies

00:48particularly in the eastern part of Mindanao, the area of Caraga and Davao Region.

00:54Meanwhile, in the cold part of our country, here in Luzon,

00:57we can still experience isolated light rains in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon.

01:03Meanwhile, in Visayas and other parts of Mindanao,

01:07we can expect isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

01:50particularly in the Cagayan Valley region and also in the area of Aurora and Quezon.

01:55Basically, in the eastern part of Luzon, there is a chance of cloudy skies.

01:59In the southern part of Luzon, we can expect isolated light rains with cloudy skies.

02:05But generally, we can expect fair weather in most parts of Luzon except for our usual light rains.

02:13The average temperature outside of Luzon is 22 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:16In Baguio, it is up to 23 degrees Celsius.

02:19From 15 to 22 degrees Celsius.

02:21In Metro Manila, it is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:23In Tugagarao, it is 22 to 28 degrees Celsius.

02:26In Legazpi, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:28Meanwhile, in Tagaytay, it is 20 to 28 degrees Celsius.

03:42The average temperature in Buangas City is 24 to 34 degrees Celsius.

03:46In Cagayan de Oro, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:49Meanwhile, in Davao, it is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:53For now, we do not have high gale warnings in any part of our region.

03:57However, be careful if there are thunderstorms that can cause strong waves.

04:01We also expect strong winds in the next few days.

04:04It is possible that we will have high gale warnings in the next few days,
