00:05The effects of the three weather systems in our country are still continuing.

00:08Here in the Northern and Central Luzon, there is still the Northeast Monsoon or the cold wind.

00:13Here in Visayas and Mindanao, there is still the effect of the Easter Leaves or the hot wind from the east.

00:19And the shear line or the line where the wind is blowing and the Easter Leaves,

00:24it is affecting a large part of the Southern Luzon.

00:27So there are still areas that are raining right now.

00:29Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation,

00:32we do not see any storm or low-pressure areas around our PAR

00:36and it will also affect our country in the coming days.

00:41In Luzon, there is still the highest chance of rain in the eastern part of the Southern Luzon

00:46because of the shear line or the line of hot and cold wind.

00:49Bicol Region, as well as the province of Quezon, Marinduque, as well as Oriental Mindolo

00:55and the nearby areas here in Rizal and Laguna,

00:57where the weather is gloomy, there are light to moderate with at times heavy rains

01:01even though be careful of the flood and landslides.

01:05Here in the Northern and Central Luzon, the light to moderate rains are in Cagayan Valley,

01:10here in almost the entire Cordillera Region, especially in Apayao, Calinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao,

01:16as well as in the province of Aurora, it is the effect of the Northeast Monsoon.

01:20Meanwhile, here in the remaining part of Luzon, Ilocos Region, Abra, Benguet,

01:25rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Metro Manila,

01:29partly cloudy to cloudy skies, and it will also be accompanied by dry and light rains.

01:35For Metro Manila, the chance of rain is still low and sometimes it gets dark,

01:40temperatures from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius,

01:43while it will remain a bit cold here in the Northern and Central Luzon.

01:47For Baguio City, between 14 to 15 degrees Celsius is the minimum temperature,

01:51while in Tuguegarao, the lowest is 21 degrees Celsius.

01:56For our fellowmen in Palawan and almost the entire Visayas,

01:59expect fair weather conditions, sometimes partly cloudy or sunny skies,

02:04and there are only times when the skies are cloudy, accompanied by dry and light rains,

02:09or landslides and landslides along the east release.

03:03As of now, because of the northeast monsoon,

03:05we still have gale warning in several towns in the northern zone.

03:09These include Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, and part of Ilocos Sur,

03:15where up to 4.5 meters, or one and a half floors of houses,

03:20are high in the waves that can be experienced there.

03:23Small sea vessels, especially fishermen, are prohibited to sail there.

03:27For the rest of Luzon, the waves are up to 2 to 3 meters high,

03:31while Banayad is up to exactly 0.5 to 1 meter high over Visayas and Bindanao.

03:37It is also possible to remove our gale warning by tomorrow here in the northern Luzon,

03:41and it will still remain a bit unstable for the next few days.

03:46And for our today weather forecast,

03:48from Saturday to Monday,

03:50the chances of rain are still high in the eastern section of Luzon,

03:55which is part of the effect of the shear line,

03:58while our northeast monsoon is still confined here in the northern and central Luzon.

04:03Because of the shear line, the chances of rain in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon Province are still high,

04:09so make sure to bring an umbrella,

04:11and be careful of flash floods or landslides.

04:15Meanwhile, starting from Sunday, the chances of rain are expected to be high

04:19here in a large part of Mindanao.

04:21It is the effect of the ITCZ, or Intertropical Convergence Zone,

04:25which is a convergence of wind from the northern and southern hemispheres.

04:29Sunday and Monday, the chances of rain are high in the Caraga Region, Davao Region,

04:34Soxabgen, and nearby areas in Mindanao.

04:37So, be careful of floods and always keep up with our updates and advisories.

04:42Meanwhile, here in the northern and central Luzon,

04:45it is still affected by the northeast monsoon, or Hanging Amihan.

04:48It is still a bit cold, and there will still be mild to moderate rains,

04:53especially in the areas of Cordillera Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

04:57While the rest of the country is still hoping for a rainy season,

05:01fair weather conditions in many places,

05:03including our fellow countrymen who are celebrating festivals here in Ati-Atihan,

05:07in Mayaklan, and in Sinulog Festival here in Cebu,
