00:22Hi, this is Seth Sanchez.

00:24We're making a personalized fake food display.

00:30How did you start this business?

00:33We started this business before the pandemic actually.

00:38In 2017, because we also have a restaurant business.

00:42Before, we used to display real food everyday.

00:47Our food was expensive, so we thought of an alternative option.

00:53Way back since, my history is fine arts.

00:57I started as a prototype.

01:00We tried to mix and match.

01:03Fast forward to 2017,

01:06a big company approached me.

01:09They were also looking for this kind of concept.

01:13We continued.

01:15When I first started this kind of concept,

01:21I didn't expect it to click right away.

01:27Because this kind of business is very risky.

01:31So I thought about what would help,

01:35what would be the value for startups,

01:39for those who are just starting out.

01:42Because after the pandemic, everyone wants to do business.

01:45Especially for startups,

01:47they want to avail, but sometimes they are intimidated.

01:50It's because of the price of food.

01:55But as a startup, this is a big advantage for them.

01:59Because they don't need to display real food anymore.

02:03Way back before, when I was in college,

02:06the nature of my course was different.

02:10It's more on human anatomy.

02:12In this class, I studied abroad, in Japan.

02:17This kind of concept,

02:20there are different methods and techniques,

02:23different kinds of materials to use,

02:26to at least avail all young entrepreneurs, like I said.

02:32Because sometimes they are intimidated by the price.

02:35Actually, this kind of business had a big impact.

02:41It changed my perspective as an artist.

02:45Of course, we got to know each other,

02:48we got to know each other little by little,

02:50and we were given a lesson.

02:53This kind of business here in the Philippines

02:57is in demand now.

03:00This will also help those who want to do business,

03:07the young entrepreneurs, the MSMEs.

03:14To all young entrepreneurs,

03:16and to those who are planning to do business,

03:18all you have to do is to start up, just like that.
