00:05The Philippine Sports Writers Association or PSA will honor Diaz in its Hall of Fame

00:10at the awards night in Manila Hotel on January 27.

00:13This comes nearly 4 years after she won the country's first ever Olympic gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

00:20Diaz also won a silver medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics.

00:24She represented the Philippines in 4 consecutive Olympic Games

00:28including the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympiads.

00:32Diaz will become the youngest member of the PSA Hall of Fame at 33.

00:36She will join sports icons Manny Pacquiao, Paeng Nepomuceno, Efren Bata-Reyes,

00:41Lydia de Vega, Eugene Torre and Bong Ku.

00:44Diaz was recognized as the country's top weightlifter with 4 Athlete of the Year awards.
