00:00First, I want to say sorry, but I did my best and this is my best for now.
00:06Dahil may injury ako and nahihirapan ako mag-drabway.
00:11And kasi lumaki ako. Pero ayun niya, it's not a big excuse.
00:16But at the end of the day, hindi ako sumuko. Nag-prepare ako and I'm happy to represent our country.
00:25Ano ko yung injury?
00:27Still the same, 2023 nung ka-injury ako before the Olympic qualifying.
00:34Medyo din na after not qualifying sa Paris, medyo nawalan na ako ng motivation.
00:46This is my first international competition after 2024.
00:53So, I'm happy to be back again.
00:55Dito sa Thailand?
00:56Yes. Oh nga. Dito din sa Thailand.
01:00Yung injury, right or knee ba yun?
01:03Right knee. Right knee, yes.
01:05Medyo kumirot na siya lang ngayon?
01:07Uh...
01:08After the second time?
01:10Yes.
01:11Yes.
01:12Pero upay lang.
01:14Kaya na yun.
01:15Kailangan po buhatin.
01:18Buhatin yun.
01:19So, before this, may session ako sa sports psychologist ko.
01:25Kasi I've been living, during the whole preparation, nandun yung doubt yung kung kaya ko ba ba.
01:45Sa akin is, uh...
01:49It's not the physical training.
01:51It's more on the mental training.
01:53So, yun yung medyo nahirapan ako.
01:55Then, for one year, almost two years na akong hindi naglaro.
01:59So, na-miss ko rin pala itong feeling na maglaro for the Philippines and nandun sa coding.
02:06So, I'm happy to be back.
02:09What's next?
02:10What's next?
02:11Um...
02:12Hoping next year, nasa Olympic qualifying ako for LA.
02:16Pero nagbago na rin ang weight category.
02:19So, weight category ng weightlifting, it's keep changing.
02:22So, third time na ito ngayon.
02:24So, titignan natin, 61 kilos naman.
02:2761?
02:28Yes!
02:29Yes, yes, 61 naman.
02:30Pero titignan natin.
02:50So, are you going to mention the motivation for the weightlifting community?
02:55Um...
02:56Actually, hindi.
02:57Na...
02:58Uh...
02:59Ano bang?
03:00Uh...
03:01Siguro for the Philippines.
03:03Uh...
03:04Nandito ako for the Philippines and for the weightlifting community.
03:09Kasi, I have to stand for the athletes behind me.
03:10And I need to motivate them kahit nahihirapan ako.
03:11And then, for the Pilipino athletes also.
03:12It's a story of...
03:13It's a different kind of story.
03:14It's not a winning story.
03:15It's a...
03:16Um...
03:17Um...
03:18Keeping...
03:19Um...
03:20Keeping...
03:21Not a keeping up story.
03:22For Hydel UDS.
03:23Kanyan niya sa backstage, uh...
03:24Nakita na ante in financial reversal in personal learning kainahan?
03:25Oo, para sa akin kasi...
03:26Um...
03:27Nagsosorry ako kasi I'm not...
03:28I did not win any medal.
03:29For the Philippines.
03:30Uh...
03:31This, uh...
03:32Sea Games.
03:33But...
03:34Ayun nga.
03:35This is my best for now.
03:36Diba?
03:37Kaysa?
03:38I-satthomo nung...
03:39Yasa salitakyong.
03:52Do you think you're not planning to retire any time soon?
03:56Depends on what's going on.
04:00There are plans.
04:04We're still there. We're close to retirement.
04:08But we need to look at what's going on.
04:12After winning gold, what's next?
04:16To be sports leader, I will be a lecturer next year.
04:20So, what's next for Idol India?
04:22So, I'm a little nervous.
04:26Definitely not yet, but I'm still there.
04:30And since I got fired here, I got fired.
04:34But I need to do it for the Philippine Weightlifting Association.
04:40So, what's going on?
04:44Let's look at it.
04:46But, um...
04:48I just want...
04:50I can't say anything.
04:52Actually, one can see is the псotap blanks you used to.
04:54I just want you to go there...
04:58ThatďRAG типа
05:01It's appealing for us.
05:02As a lot of people looking at the Transcription program,
05:04it seems like a lot of people.
05:06Did you ever expect fall in my mind or tickling clothes?
05:07Or an off- epidural virtue...
05:08I'll see you next time.
