00:00This is a decision by Kazana, together with their partners in the consortium, to take

00:08this, Kazana as one of the major shareholders of MHB, to take it private.

00:14So MemOT, of course, supports the exercise, and we hope that more can be done, and at

00:22a faster pace.

00:24I have put on record, we are not happy with many things on MHB previously.

00:31A lot of decisions were late, were delayed.

00:34The AeroTrain is a good example.

00:37I have to answer to the public, but the AeroTrain is not a decision made by me.

00:43The entire contract of the AeroTrain is conducted by the MHB board and the management, but I

00:50have to be answerable on behalf of them.

00:52I am not happy about their decision, because right now I am being answerable.

00:58I am being asked every day about AeroTrain.

01:00Nobody will ask MHB.

01:03Everybody will ask the transport minister.

01:06Our friend from media will ask me at every occasion on AeroTrain.

01:09I have to be answerable.

01:11Yes, as the transport minister, I am answerable, but you have to understand, the decision was

01:16made by MHB, and they are supposed to be accountable as well.

01:21So that is why, this exercise is something which we supported, and we hope that it can

01:28be completed.

01:30This is beyond us.

01:32Right now, we will show, it is already nearing 90%.

01:36We hope that by the end of this week, it can reach the targeted threshold.
