JPMorgan employees must return to the office 5 days a week

JPMorgan Chase is mandating a full return to office for all of its employees, ending its hybrid work-from-home policy.

00:06starting in March, and noted that they knew not everyone will agree with this decision.

00:10More than half of the bank's roughly 300,000 employees already come into the office 5 days

00:15a week, but those affected by the new policy will be given at least 30 days notice prior

00:19to a full-time return.

00:21Some locations don't have the capacity yet to accommodate a full return of every employee,

00:25but the bank will confirm where it's possible by the end of the month.
